Our “Small Changes” retreat is designed for those of you who want to try and be more health conscious or perhaps you just want to take a little more time to look after yourself and enjoy some TLC and pampering at the same time.
It’s also suitable for those who have always fancied doing a yoga, meditation or detox retreat but have been put off by the full-on program or schedule.
The idea of small changes is that we can show you little changes that you can make in your normal diet or routine which can have a big impact on your health and wellbeing. You are always free to choose your own meals from our entire menu, we believe you should always make your own choices at meal times, we just make it that little bit easier by highlighting the healthy and nutritious options clearly for you to see.
The yoga classes are led by Laura, a travel lover from Belgium. Laura got her yoga teacher training (200hrs) in Rishikesh, India. She practices and teaches slow flows, vinyasa style. Her approach of yoga is deeply influenced by her studies on spirituality and travels around Asia. She aims to share a practise that’s oriented toward mindfulness – mindfulness of the breath and mindfulness of the body – in order to help every student to feel the body from inside and grow his/her own inner teacher.
