From the busy city of Manila, it is just three hours journey to reach the nature lovers haven of Zambales. You will feel like you have arrived in a different world, far away from the cars and noise of the city. With beach and mountain making both surfing and trekking a possibility, Zambales draws adventurous people looking for a healthy getaway from the city! The paradise island of Potipot is the home for our Weekend Yoga Retreat. Surrounded by white sands, turquoise waters and palm trees, it’s a beach bumming paradise and the perfect place to unwind…
- 5:30 am: Meet at McDonald’s along EDSA corner Panay Ave. QC (beside MRT Station Quezon Avenue stop, southbound lane);
- 6:00 am: Leave for Zambales;
- 9:00 am: ETA Zambales and Breakfast;
- 10:00 am: Opening Ritual;
- 12:00 am: Check-In and Lunch;
- 1:30 pm: Reiki Healing;
- 6:00 pm: Candlelit Yoga;
- 7:30 pm: Dinner;
- 8:30 pm: Bodywork;

- 9:00 am: Raw Food Workshop;

Candlelit Vinyasa Yoga
The Yoga class will take time during the Earth Hour in an experiential candlelit setting. With this class, we will help you to move and connect with your mind body and spirit, through intentional movements that will open up your muscles slowly.
Our Reiki Workshop is really important to this retreat. Reiki us a beautiful life-force energy given to us as a gift to renew and heal ourselves.
With this class, you will learn about the history of Reiki and about the mental, emotional and energetic benefits of practicing Reiki.
You will have the chance to practice – sending intentions to certain things around you and experience how that plays a role in the world and within ourselves.
Bodywork is an alternative medicine where you will learn how to listen to your body and find what feels good. This can improve your posture and most of all can help you connect with your mind and body.
Raw Food Workshop
This will sound a cliché but it’s the truth – the main key to keep your body and mind healthy is drink a lot of water and eat healthily. With this workshop you will learn how to create enzyme-rich, plant-based snacks – simple, easy and delicious snacks!
