My name is Lin (or Aoy by Thai nickname)
When I was young, I helped my mother to prepare food (Lanna food) and desserts for sale in the local market until I graduated from Chiang Mai University with degrees in Sociology & Anthropology. Through my 15 years as a professional Social Science Researcher, I have learned much about the community, local people and culture.
I have been a Tour Guide since 2013 (TAT Licence is 21-10407) and Thai cooking Instructor since 2011.
I love to cook to share my knowledge of cooking and I love to see the people who enjoy the Thai and Lanna cuisine experience. I am a specialist in cooking Spicy Food such as Thai Spicy Soup, Thai Spicy Salad, Curry and many others.
I would love to share our Thai and Lanna cultures thru cooking, and I am very excited to meet and make friends with the people around the world who have a passion like me. I decided to start my cooking school in December, 2014 and my kitchen has been open seen then.
