Embark on a transformative journey at the “How Are You Really?” yoga retreat, suitable for all levels. Nestled in the countryside haven of Kampot in Cambodia, discussions on the five Tibetan rites, chakras and Ayurveda encourage self-discovery. Choose your own duration, from a minimum of 2 nights, with rolling retreats year-round (based on a 7-day schedule). Whether you’re seeking upliftment or maintaining balance, this retreat offers you the tools to align your mind, body, and spirit. Schedule:
The retreats operate on a 23-hour basis, starting at check-in (12 noon) and ending at check-out (11 a.m). You can stay for as long as you wish, with a minimum stay of 2 nights, on any date of your choosing. The retreats run continuously throughout the year, excluding the Christmas period. During the retreat, guests have two accommodation options to choose from:
Shared Dormitory:
- Ideal for those on a budget or looking for a sociable experience!
- Enjoy a large and airy dormitory featuring hot water showers and A/C.
- Ample space ensures guests are comfortable without it feeling crowded.
- Luxuries such as body wash and towels are provided for added convenience.
Private Room:
- Perfect for couples sharing or solo travellers craving more privacy!

Yoga Barn offers a spacious yoga shala in the garden, plus full access to the yoga studio with premium equipment, including FlyHighYoga™ belts. Immerse in the countryside ambience, slow down and ask yourself, “How am I Really?”

The retreat price includes:
- Daily Cambodian/Western healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Vegetarian and vegan options available.

Located in Cambodia’s Kampot countryside, the retreat centre provides an idyllic setting for rejuvenation. Connect with nature’s rhythm alongside the friendly resident chickens, turkeys and sheep.
Yoga Barn offers breathtaking views of the mountains of Bokor National Park while still providing easy access to the city centre. Enjoy the rural location and allow yourself time to rest, question, create and discover.
How to Get There:
Sihanoukville International Airport (Kaong Kang Airport) (approx. 1.5-2.5 hrs) and Phnom Penh International Airport (approx. 3-4 hrs) are the closest airports to Kampot.
Public transport is available from all of Cambodia’s main cities. Cambodian ride-hailing app PassApp operates in Kampot, making getting to the retreat centre from the city centre easy. Alternatively, you can hail a tuk tuk or taxi.

- I’m travelling on my own, can I have my own private room? Yes! If you book the private room for one guest you will not need to share with anyone else.
- I’ve never done yoga before, is that okay? Yes! Yoga Barn caters to yogis of all levels, including those who have never tried yoga before.
- Are yoga mats provided? Yes, high-quality equipment including mats, blocks and meditation cushions are provided for guest use in the yoga studio.
- What time is check-in/check-out? Check-in is at noon and check-out is at 11 a.m.
- I have an old injury that I am worried about. Can I still do a retreat? Yes. Please inform the K–or when booking. They can make adjustments to suit your level and ability.
- Am I allowed to use my mobile or computer? Yoga Barn has a no mobile phone policy at mealtimes. There are no restrictions on technology usage in the free time, however, guests are encouraged to switch off and enjoy being present.
