Where Can I Fly a Drone in Cambodia?
Without a permit, you can fly anywhere in Cambodia except:
- In Phnom Penh
- In Siem Reap
- At Angkor Wat
- Around temples and other historical sites
- Within 5km of airports, military bases and government buildings
If you want to fly in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap or Angkor Wat, you’ll need a permit.
Is There a Maximum Altitude for Drones in Cambodia?
There is no official maximum altitude for flying a drone in Cambodia. However, we recommend staying below 120 metres to be safe.
