One of my highlights of 3 months of traveling! I can highly recommend it. I learned so much about all the ingredients and how to cook them, obviously. I really enjoyed going to a local market before. The Khmer dishes we cooked were just amazing. You even get a little cook book to take home. They’re very lovely and passionate people.
