* Extra Day Trekking – Recommended for Slower Hikers
There is also the option of hiking more slowly and taking two days trekking to reach the crater rim, instead of one day. This is advised for slower hikers, families with small children or just those who want to take their time trekking and taking in their surroundings. With this option, you would spend one night in a hotel in Senaru, before the trek, one night half camping (half way up to the crater rim) and one night camping at Senaru Crater Rim, so three nights in total. If you prefer this, please choose this option when you book above.
