Schedule:
Every day starts with an hour-long yoga and meditation session to help build routine and begin the day with the right mindset. There will be two Muay Thai or Western Boxing classes as well as one Ab Attack session daily.
Other training activities include a mix of CrossFit, BeachFit, Buddha Runs (a run up to Big Buddha Temple) and Hill Runs. These activities will take place both on-site and outdoors (including on the beach), allowing you to make the most of the beautiful surroundings.
Equipment/Gym usage:
All participants have unlimited access to gym facilities and the weight training gym. The gymnasium offers a comprehensive array of equipment to support individuals at any stage of their fitness journey. From beginners to seasoned athletes, everyone will find the necessary tools for a well-rounded workout, including cardio machines, resistance training gear, free weights, and functional fitness zones. The gym creates a supportive atmosphere where you can challenge yourself and achieve your fitness objectives.

Battle Conquer’s first gym opened in the rural area of Phetchabun, Thailand. Owing to its success, the team have decided to further expand their horizons, leading to the launch of the Pattaya location.

Its best-of-both-worlds location allows you to focus on your training while still having access to the perfect setting to rest and recuperate.
How to Get There:
To reach Pattaya, you will need to travel from Bangkok. Home to the Suvarnabhumi International Airport, this is one of Southeast Asia’s most dominant travel hubs. From the airport, you can hop on one of the buses bound for Pattaya. They cost around 300THB per person. Alternatively, you can get a taxi for around 2,900THB.

Rest and recovery are as important as training when it comes to seeing results. That’s why at Battle Conquer, all program participants get the chance to use the sauna and enjoy a cold bath experience.

Gareth, the group manager, expert personal trainer and nutritionist, is the driving force behind the CrossFit and abs workouts. He also designs dynamic outdoor sessions, such as BeachFit and The Buddha Run. Gareth’s coaching style reflects his belief in a holistic approach to health and self-improvement, underscored by his unwavering dedication to sports and fitness.
The Muay Thai instructors are deeply rooted in the ancient practice, having trained and competed from a young age. They bring with them a wealth of experience from numerous fights and a deep-seated connection to the spirit and discipline of Muay Thai.
