With a range of all-inclusive packages available, youโll find everything from Muay Thai to yoga and CrossFit here. The available facilities supplement your training, with access to a weight training gym, sauna, swimming pool and cold bath. The package includes plush private condo accommodation, healthy meals, all training, and excursions.

Schedule:
Every day starts with an hour-long yoga and meditation session to help build routine and begin the day with the right mindset. There will be two Muay Thai or Western Boxing classes as well as one Ab Attack session daily.
Other training activities include a mix of CrossFit, BeachFit, Buddha Runs (a run up to Big Buddha Temple) and Hill Runs. These activities will take place both on-site and outdoors (including on the beach), allowing you to make the most of the beautiful surroundings.
Accommodation:
Located just 150 meters from the gym, private condo-style accommodation is provided at a nearby hotel. Featuring modern decor, a refreshing swimming pool with a fun slide, and multiple inviting chill-out areas, this accommodation offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Enjoy a double bed, en-suite bathroom, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning, making it an ideal retreat for rest and recovery.

Beach Fit Food, the exclusive meal provider, creates nutritious, balanced meals tailored to individual fitness aspirations. Every dish is expertly crafted to offer the perfect mix of nutrients, fueling workouts and supporting progress.
Prioritising both quality and flavour, Beach Fit Food ensures that each meal is a delightful culinary experience, seamlessly integrating nutrition into any fitness journey.
Three daily meals are provided at the BC Camp, available to enjoy at any time. With a wide variety of options, dishes are designed to provide healthy and nutritious meals. Equipment/Gym usage:
All participants have unlimited access to gym facilities and the weight training gym. The gymnasium offers a comprehensive array of equipment to support individuals at any stage of their fitness journey. From beginners to seasoned athletes, everyone will find the necessary tools for a well-rounded workout, including cardio machines, resistance training gear, free weights, and functional fitness zones. The gym creates a supportive atmosphere where you can challenge yourself and achieve your fitness objectives.
Location:
Battle Conquerโs first gym opened in the rural area of Phetchabun, Thailand. Owing to its success, the team have decided to further expand their horizons, leading to the launch of the Pattaya location.
Located in Eastern Thailand, Pattaya has long been a Thai tourism hotspot. This vibrant city is known for its great nightlife scene and beautiful beaches to boot. Its best-of-both-worlds location allows you to focus on your training while still having access to the perfect setting to rest and recuperate.
How to Get There:
To reach Pattaya, you will need to travel from Bangkok. Home to the Suvarnabhumi International Airport, this is one of Southeast Asiaโs most dominant travel hubs. From the airport, you can hop on one of the buses bound for Pattaya. They cost around 300THB per person. Alternatively, you can get a taxi for around 2,900THB.
Other Activities:
Training with Battle Conquer is about so much more than toning up. These long-term packages also allow you to learn about traditional Thai culture and explore the city during your downtime.
On Friday, there is a group outing to the Sanctuary of Truth. This intricately carved building was inspired by the temples of Ayutthaya and is touted as the largest wooden castle in the world.
You will also get the chance to visit a traditional Thai market, where you can learn about the local cuisine. While Pattaya is undoubtedly touristy, there are plenty of hidden gems just waiting to be uncovered!
Spa Treatments:
Rest and recovery are as important as training when it comes to seeing results. Thatโs why at Battle Conquer, all program participants get the chance to use the sauna and enjoy a cold bath experience on Sundays. Swimming pool access is at the accommodation.

He also designs dynamic outdoor sessions, such as BeachFit and The Buddha Run. Gareth’s coaching style reflects his belief in a holistic approach to health and self-improvement, underscored by his unwavering dedication to sports and fitness.
The Muay Thai instructors are deeply rooted in the ancient practice, having trained and competed from a young age. They bring with them a wealth of experience from numerous fights and a deep-seated connection to the spirit and discipline of Muay Thai. - How long does it take to get to Pattaya from Bangkok? It takes between two to three hours to travel to Pattaya from Bangkok by bus.
- Can I arrive the day before my package starts? Yes! Arriving a day before your package starts gives you the chance to rest beforehand. The cost for an extra nightโs accommodation and evening meal is an additional 1,500THB ($45USD).

- What is the best season to visit? Pattaya is a great year-round destination. November to March is commonly touted as the best time to visit Pattaya as this is the dry season and when the temperatures are at their coolest.
