Yoga Therapy
Each day we will dive into a topic relevant to women and practice a special yoga therapy class together. Core topics: Vitality and rejuvenation; sexual and reproductive health; digestive health; immune system balance; allergies; stress management; hormonal balance; sleep disorders.
Sharing Circles
Women’s circles are an amazing source of knowledge, support and inspiration. During these circles, we will work with aspects of femininity to cultivate more of certain archetypical qualities like wisdom, compassion, sensuality and wild nature…
Goddess Yoga
Powerful practices from traditional Tantra will connect us to our inner Goddess. We will work with mantras and yantras of the divine feminine and invoke profound qualities in our being by meditation, ritual and dance.
Belly Dance and Creative Movement
Connecting to our sensuality with belly dance, discovering the boundaries we set to ourselves through improvisation… We will use dance as a form of expression and transformation touching the subconscious parts of our mind in a safe and supported space.
Jade Egg Practice
These exercises with the semi-precious stone jade in the form of an egg are time-honoured practicess purifying and healing our power centre, the yoni. As an exceptional offer, each participant will be provided with a jade egg in your training kit!
Ayurveda and Yoga

I am Dijan. I am glad that we came in touch. A few words about my journey.
I entered the world of Tantra because I was fed up with my health issues and I wanted to get to the bottom of everything; take charge of my own life.
I wanted to get rid of some patterns of conflict and disappointment happening in my relationships.
I didn’t want to accept a single-track life of doing one thing or having a fixed social life. I was seeking a flow which integrated my many sources of inspiration.
I trusted in the possibility of a closer connection with nature to nourish my body and soul.
I was looking for a more profound happiness and well-being

I immersed myself fully into this quest since early 2012. The trigger was a ‘down’ period in many areas of my life. I took a leave from my rather successful career as a consultant, my social circle, my “belongings”…
Since then, every teaching I came across allowed me to discover many hidden treasures to address all of those problems and go way beyond.
Shakti, the feminine energy is made to be chaotic and wild. The search for balance and harmony is a continuous work, but with many rewards. I am a student forever and I am an enthusiastic teacher passionate to share all those intense experiences and teachings with other women.

In April, the Feminine Way will take place in the beautiful Jaran’s Yoga Wellness Eatery in Koh Phangan; built with love and care to bring yoga closer to us all. Surrounded by astonishing shades of greens and tropical flowers of the island, it offers a quiet and elegant space, a rich library and chill-out corner and delicious refreshments during breaks.
Accommodation will be arranged at selected resorts on the island close to the yoga hall. All rooms provided will be standard twin with air-con, wi-fi, private bathroom reflecting Thai elegance and beauty. The accommodation is shared occupancy.
You can pay via credit card, bank transfer or by Paypal. The attendees are responsible for the transaction fees.
For participants who only want to attend the retreat without any accommodation, meals and transfer support there is a discounted rate of $400 USD.

Refund Policy
- In order to book this experience, you will need to pay a deposit online.
- This deposit is fully refundable if you wish to cancel.
- You can also change the date later on if your plans change.
- The deposit remains in a ‘pending state’ until you hear from the operator, have confirmed availability and agreed that they can meet all of your requirements.
- If you are unable to finalise a date or the organiser cannot meet your requirements, your deposit is automatically returned to you in full.
- Once you have agreed on a date and are happy to go ahead with the activity as planned, your deposit will be accepted.
- At this point, your deposit is still refundable. However, if you wish to cancel, there will be a small cancellation fee applied to cover payment gateway fees (this is approx. 5% of the total deposit amount that you paid to us).
- The rest of the payment for the experience is payable to the organiser, either upon arrival at the destination or before, if the organiser requires it. The organiser will arrange this with you directly.
- The refund of the second payment, which goes directly to the trip organiser, is based on their own Terms and Conditions, and we have no control over this.
