Accommodation
Khao Lak Muay Thai offers three different packages catered to different budgets and travel styles.
Standard Package – Ideal for Budget Travellers!
The standard package offers budget-friendly accommodation just a few minutes from the gym with simple yet clean and comfortable private rooms, perfect for students focused on training. The air-conditioned rooms have a fridge and free WiFi. Each room has a private bathroom with hot water.
Deluxe Package – Everything You Need, All in One Place!
The deluxe package is perfect for students seeking comfort and convenience. It includes a fully equipped deluxe room with air conditioning, access to a refreshing pool, and an on-site restaurant, offering everything needed for a relaxing and complete training experience in one place.
Luxury Package – Perfect for Comfort Seekers!
The luxury package is tailored for students who want to indulge after an intense day of training. It offers a stay at a beachfront resort with top-tier amenities, providing the ultimate retreat for both body and soul.
Food
Meals are not included in any of these packages, offering you the flexibility to explore the fantastic local restaurants just a stone’s throw from the gym. This allows you to savour a variety of authentic Thai dishes and tailor your dining experience to your tastes and dietary requirements.

Khao Lak, nestled in the tropical paradise of Phang Nga, is the ultimate destination for Muay Thai training. Situated just 1 km from the town centre along the main road, Khao Lak Muay Thai camp combines convenience with easy access to stunning beaches. After rigorous sessions, students can unwind along the coast, visit nearby national parks, and enjoy the lively local nightlife. Khao Lak’s natural beauty and vibrant culture make it an exceptional place for both training and relaxation.
How to Get There
Phuket Airport is the most convenient place to travel to Khao Lak from. There are no public buses that leave the airport for Khao Lak so you will first need to catch a taxi or hail a ride to Phuket Bus Terminal 2. Here you can jump on a bus to Khao Lak. These cost between 200-300THB (approx. $5-9USD) and the journey takes between 2-3 hours.
If you’d like to cut the hassle of arranging your own transport, airport transfer is available for an additional fee (1,500THB, approx. $43USD). Please let us know if this is something you’d like to request using the additional requirements box when booking.

- When is the best time to visit Khao Lak? December-March is the most popular time to visit Khao Lak is this is when the weather is at its most settled. It is generally warm here year-round, with temperatures averaging 28⁰C-29⁰C.
- Do these packages cater to beginners? Yes, the Muay Thai and Muay Boran packages are suitable for all levels, including beginners.
- What is the maximum group size? 30 people maximum.
- Are children allowed? Yes! Children (5 or over) can train.
- Can the camp arrange fights? Yes, the camp works with promoters in both Bangkok and Phuket.
Payment:
To reserve your place at this Muay Thai camp, you must pay the deposit on this website by credit or debit card. The camp will be in contact by email to confirm your booking. You will need to pay the remaining balance by bank transfer or Wise no later than 3 days before your training package is due to start.
