- CrossFit ๐๏ธ – One of the toughest classes on the schedule to kickstart your metabolism for the day. Workouts are different every class and you will end up feeling muscles you didn’t know you had. Led by some of Asia’s top CrossFit competitors, this is the ultimate workout, infectious and addictive (that’s what our students say).
- Body360 ๐ช – Full-body cardio circuit. Designed to hit every body part in one hour, you’ll get amazing results from this class. It is a lot of work but a lot of fun. The tunes are pumping, and so will you be.
- Military Bootcamp ๐ช – Intense and exhilerating, this class will take your fitness to teh next level and push you to your physical and mental limits. This program is designed to emulate the strict standards of the military, providing you with a taste of the discipline and dedication required to succeed.
- Military Assault Course ๐๐ฝ – A variety of challenging obstacles to push you to new limits. Expert trainers will guide you through the course offering assistance where needed with no time pressure. It’s a lot of fun!
- Open Mat Session ๐ – A chance to use the outdoor bootcamp space and gym equipment in whatever way you like. You can customise your workout and explore the freedom and flexibility of exercising in the beautiful outdoors.
- Boxercise ๐ฅ – High intensity training that gets the adrenaline pumping. Hit the pads and get your heart rate up. This class is excellent for toning up, creating a strong core and burning those calories.
- Spin & Spincore ๐ดโโ๏ธ – Working between the bike and bodyweight exercises, these evening spin classes will get your heart pumping and get you in an amazing mood for the rest of the night. An hour of non-stop effort, great tunes and a stunning view as the sun sets over Big Buddha.
- Fight Camp ๐ฅ – A full body fight conditioning class! Get ready to experience the intense conditioning required to become a high-level fighter, specifically in the realm of MMA.
- Yoga ๐ง๐ปโโ๏ธ – Discover the transformative power of yoga in a nurturing and serene environment. Experienced instructors caters to all levels, offering a perfect balance between physical and mental well-being. Don’t miss the outdoor sunset yoga sessions on Monday with Nuya and the Saturday morning beach yoga sessions.
- Glute Builder ๐ – Ready to get that butt of your dreams? Squat, deadlift and hip thrust your way to a perkier peach!
- Core Blast ๐ – Sculpt your abs like never before. Get ready to feel the burn in those stubborn areas and uncover those hidden muscles. This dynamic class goes beyond just abs, engaging your entire core.
- Strength & Conditioning ๐๏ธ – Daily strength and technique classes focus on a different muscle group or movement each day. A relaxed tempo gives Titan newbies the time to get comfortable with particular lifting styles while those with more experience can build weight or hone their technique. Focus is on technique not reps or cardio.
- Stretch & Recovery ๐ – Mobility, recovery and stretching are central to a holistic approach to health and fitness. With specialist backgrounds in yoga, physiotherapy and injury prevention, Titan’s experts know that the key to building muscle is in the recovery stage.
- Prehab Rehab โค๏ธโ๐ฉน – Injuries can be a major setback, often caused by weaknesses, limited mobility, and imbalances in the body. This expert-led class will guide you through a comprehensive range of strengthening and mobility movements to help you recover from injuries and also proactively prevent future ones.
- Class of the Titans ๐ – Get ready for the ultimate challenge with โTHE TITANโ โ the most physically demanding and strict class of the week, held once a week. This high-intensity session leaves no room for excuses as you will be pushed to your absolute limits. Come prepared to work HARD and give it your all!
- Buddha Run ๐โโ๏ธ – Big Buddha sits peacefully on the top of Chalong’s rolling hill watching over the whole island. Once a week, just after sunrise, a group of Titan warriors commence a climb to the top. Walk, run, jog or crawl. Do whatever it takes to conquer the 4.5km steep incline to meet Thailandโs largest Buddha. Be rewarded with amazing views.
- Beach Workout ๐๏ธ – On Saturday mornings you’ll hit the road to explore the stunning beaches of Phuketโs coastline. Each week brings a new workout, with the Titans inevitably ending up splashing in the sea. Training and tanning all at once, what could be better. Sun, sand and sit-ups.

The accommodation included in this package offers a perfect blend of comfort and functionality, designed to help you relax and rejuvenate after a hard day’s training. The tastefully decorated rooms offer a calming environment, complete with a comfortable and cozy bed, ensuring a much-needed restful nightโs sleep. All rooms are equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning, high-speed WIFI and an en-suite bathroom with hot shower and complimentary toiletries. The rooms offer beautiful views of the surrounding natural landscape and are just a stone’s throw from the campโs numerous facilities and amenities. The on-site swimming pool is also a bonus to cool off after exercise!
Food:
2 x meals per day are included in the package (Monday to Saturday).

The Titan Fitness Camp offers an impressive range of facilities and services to help you achieve your fitness goals including;
- Indoor gymnasium (open 7am-9pm Mon-Sat) – State-of-the-art, fully air-conditioned spanning three spacious floors.
- Outdoor Bootcamp – Enjoy invigorating workouts in the fresh air while engaging in high-intensity exercises, obstacle courses, and team challenges.
- Assault Course & Sprint Track – Designed to challenge you physically and mentally. A 40-metre sprint track, ideal for improving your speed and agility.
- Ice Baths – A powerful recovery tool that can enhance your physical performance and promote faster muscle recovery. Immerse yourself in our ice bath and feel the refreshing chill as it stimulates blood circulation and reduces inflammation in your body.
- Dry Saunas – Perfect for relaxation and recovery to help you destress, improve sleep, and promote overall well-being. The dry heat of the sauna helps release tension in the muscles, increases circulation, and detoxifies the body, leaving you feeling invigorated and refreshed.

Titan Fitness is located on a side street off the famous “Fitness Street” in Phuket (Soi Taied) in Chalong on the southern coast of Phuket Island. (The exact location is actually hidden enclave a little away from the hustle and bustle and noise of the street so you can focus on your fitness and mental health in a peaceful environment.) The camp is 10 minutes from the nearest beach and a minute walk from shops, supermarkets, restaurants and spas. It’s a 40-minute taxi ride from Phuket International Airport. Airport pick-up can be arranged.

- Weekly Drinks / Night Out – Balance is key to a healthy lifestyle, which is the idea behind Titan’s weekly Friday drinks event. This is a well-deserved opportunity to unwind after a week of hard work and dedication to your fitness goals. Our Friday drinks event provides a laid-back atmosphere where you can socialise, connect with fellow campers, and enjoy a refreshing drink of your choice.
- Team Challenge Friday at Titan Fitness – This weekly class is all about fostering a sense of camaraderie and teamwork amongst members. Itโs time to unleash your competitive spirit and work together with your new Titan teammates.
- Days Off Exploring Phuket Island – Phuket is full of amazing beaches and attractions. Visit the local elephant sanctuary, go rock climbing, take a boat trip out to a deserted island, go diving, snorkeling, go shopping or visit some of the local Buddhist Temples. You can explore the island on your days off with your new-found gym buddies.

- Hot Stone Massage: A luxurious treatment that combines the benefits of traditional massage techniques with the therapeutic properties of heated stones. The combination of heat and massage promotes deep relaxation, relieves muscle stiffness, and enhances blood circulation.
- Cupping Therapy: Experience the ancient practice of cupping therapy. Cupping therapy involves placing specialised cups on the skin, creating a suction effect that helps to stimulate blood flow and promote healing.
