  • Buddha Run ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ – Big Buddha sits peacefully on the top of Chalong’s rolling hill watching over the whole island. Once a week, just after sunrise, a group of Titan warriors commence a climb to the top. Walk, run, jog or crawl. Do whatever it takes to conquer the 4.5km steep incline to meet Thailandโ€™s largest Buddha. Be rewarded with amazing views.
  • Beach Workout ๐Ÿ๏ธ – On Saturday mornings you’ll hit the road to explore the stunning beaches of Phuketโ€™s coastline. Each week brings a new workout, with the Titans inevitably ending up splashing in the sea. Training and tanning all at once, what could be better. Sun, sand and sit-ups.

Accommodation

The accommodation included in this package offers a perfect blend of comfort and functionality, designed to help you relax and rejuvenate after a hard dayโ€™s training. The tastefully decorated rooms offer a calming environment, complete with a comfortable and cozy bed, ensuring a much-needed restful nightโ€™s sleep. All rooms are equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning, high-speed WIFI and an en-suite bathroom with hot shower and complimentary toiletries. The rooms offer beautiful views of the surrounding natural landscape and are just a stoneโ€™s throw from the campโ€™s numerous facilities and amenities.   • Dry Saunas – Perfect for relaxation and recovery to help you destress, improve sleep, and promote overall well-being. The dry heat of the sauna helps release tension in the muscles, increases circulation, and detoxifies the body, leaving you feeling invigorated and refreshed.

Titan Fitness is located on a side street off the famous “Fitness Street” in Phuket (Soi Taied) in Chalong on the southern coast of Phuket Island. (The exact location is actually hidden enclave a little away from the hustle and bustle and noise of the street so you can focus on your fitness and mental health in a peaceful environment.) The camp is 10 minutes from the nearest beach and a minute walk from shops, supermarkets, restaurants and spas. It’s a 40-minute taxi ride from Phuket International Airport. Airport pick-up can be arranged.

You can explore the island on your days off with your new-found gym buddies.

  • Why should I book this program? If you feel like you need to lose weight, Titan can help you to come up with a sustainable and realistic plan. If you relatively new to fitness, want to learn when and how to train, eat healthy and make a serious change to your current life style this is the program for you!
  • What is the Body Composition Analysis Test? One test is made at the beginning of the program and one at the end so we can accurately tell how your body has changed. You can use this data to help set new goals, to keep you motivated, adjust your training and diet to help fast track your results or just find out for yourself what your body is made of. Whether you are a fitness professional or just starting out, this information can prove to be a valuable tool whilst on your fitness journey.
  • Can I lose 10kg in 4 weeks? How much weight you lose is unique to each individual. All clients have different body types and starting point. If a client weights in at 120kg the possibility of that client to lose 10kg in 4 weeks is much higher than a client who weights in at 75kg.
  • What happens on the day of rest? Some people just relax by the pool, some explore the Island of Phuket and others chose to visit the indoor gym for more training! Many restaurants in the area are open so don’t worry about not getting breakfast, lunch or dinner. The gym is only a quick drive away from some of the most beautiful beaches in Asia so of course you must check those out while you are here! 
  • How long is a personal training session? One hour.
  • Can I upgrade to a superior room and what is the cost? Yes that is possible, please enquire about prices upon booking.

Refund Policy

  • In order to book this experience, you will need to pay a deposit online via South East Asia Backpacker.
  • This deposit is fully refundable if you wish to cancel up until 72 hours before the start of the activity. PLEASE NOTE: This policy refers to the payment made to South East Asia Backpacker at the time of booking. All subsequent payments to the operator of your chosen activity fall under their own refund policy
  • For cancellations made fewer than 72 hours before the start of the activity there is no refund available.
  • You can request a change of date at any time.
  • Date changes are entirely down to the availability of the operator and nothing to do with South East Asia Backpacker.ย 
  • If your date change is not agreed upon, as long as it is more than 72 hours before the start date you originally made your booking for, your deposit can be refunded in full if you wish to cancel.
  • The remaining payment for the experience is payable directly to the operator.
  • The operator can request the remaining payment via an online payment link OR upon arrival at the destination.
  • The refund of the second payment, which goes directly to the operator, is based on the terms and conditions of the operator, over which South East Asia Backpacker have no control.

Hi, I’m Nikki and I started South East Asia Backpacker in 2008 after my own first solo backpacking trip! My vision was to create a travel diary for everyone, a place for travellers to share their experiences from the road. Today, I run this website with my partner, Dave, from Spain, where we live with our energetic two-year-old daughter, Evie.
