Attachai, known in Thailand as the “Left hand from God” possesses superior fight intelligence, using all of the weapons of Muay Thai with precise, well-thought-out techniques. To watch him fighting is to watch a great artist at work as he displays immaculate poise and balance throughout his fights.
Attachai has fought and won numerous title fights worldwide in Japan, Paris, Belgium, Los Angeles and China. Two years in a row (1997 and 1998), he was awarded the title “The Best Muay Thai Fighter seen at Lumpini Stadium”. Fight Record: 200 fights, 180 wins, 15 losses and 5 draws.
Attachai retired at the age of 31 after coaching for 6 years in Thailand, the USA and Singapore. He then decided to build his gym in Bangkok as a home to impart his immense Muay Thai knowledge to future generations.
About the Muay Thai Training
The training at Attachai Muay Thai Gym focuses on the core techniques of strength, stamina, power, agility, speed and balance.
Unlike most city gyms, Attachai is situated next to a huge fishing pond and a local Thai restaurant. This quiet natural setting allows students to focus their mind and bodies on their training.
Training sessions include: Optional Morning/Evening Run, Warm-up, Skipping (10 minutes), Shadow Boxing, Heavy Bags, Techniques Drill, Sparring, Clinching.
All Packages Include:
- 2 Muay Thai Training Sessions daily (8.00am to 10.00am & 3.00pm to 5.00pm)
- 2 Meals daily (Breakfast & Dinner)
- Check-In: 2.00pm
- Check-Out: 12.00pm
